Are these prices fixed?
These are starting prices. Final quotes depend on feature scope, design tier (template vs semi-custom vs fully custom), and timeline (standard vs rush). What is included in the starting price?
Design + development + testing + deployment + 30-day post-launch bug fixes. Excludes: domain (₹500-2K/yr), hosting (₹500-50K/mo by stack), 3rd-party subscriptions (Twilio SMS, SendGrid, Razorpay transaction fees), copywriting, photography, and ongoing maintenance retainer.
Do you have monthly retainers for maintenance?
Yes. Monthly retainers start at ₹30,000/mo for 40 hours of dev/design work — used for ongoing feature additions, security patches, performance optimization, content updates, and bug fixes. Larger retainers (₹50K-1L/mo) include faster SLAs and dedicated capacity.
How do you bill — milestone or fixed-price?
We default to fixed-price with 3-4 milestones (typically 30%-30%-30%-10%). 30% upfront on contract signing, 30% on design approval, 30% on development complete, 10% on production launch + handover. GSTIN-compliant invoice at every milestone.
Do you bill in USD/CAD/GBP/AED for foreign clients?
Yes. We export under LUT (no GST on foreign invoices). USD/CAD/GBP/AED invoicing supported. SWIFT transfer or Wise. For Toronto/Vancouver/NYC/SF clients we have [dedicated city pages](/cities/) with offshore engagement details.
Can you match or beat a quote we received elsewhere?
Sometimes. If a quote is unrealistically low (e.g., "₹5K full ecommerce"), we won't match it — the math doesn't support any real work happening at that price and you'd be locked into template-debt.
