Are you physically in all these cities?
No, we are physically headquartered at Bussion Park, Sector 62 Noida (India). We deliver to clients in 37 Indian cities remotely, with quarterly in-person visits for retainer engagements. Travel for kickoffs is included for projects above ₹40K. For Toronto, Vancouver, New York, and San Francisco, we serve as an Indian offshore partner, not a local agency.
Do prices differ by city?
Yes, slightly. Indian Tier-2 cities (Patna, Coimbatore, Bhubaneswar, Vadodara) get our standard Noida-equivalent pricing (~25-40% below Bangalore). Tier-1 metros (Mumbai, Bangalore, Delhi, Hyderabad, Chennai) sometimes see a small premium for in-person availability. International (Toronto/Vancouver/NYC/SF) is billed in USD/CAD at rates ~50-70% below local agency rates.
Will you travel to my city for a kickoff?
Yes for Indian projects above ₹40K, kickoff travel is included. NCR-adjacent cities (Greater Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Ghaziabad, Dehradun) we visit weekly if needed. For other Indian cities, quarterly retainer visits are standard. For Toronto/Vancouver/NYC/SF, we work async-first with video standups, physical travel is rare unless project-critical.
What if my city is not on this list?
We still serve you. Every Indian city we serve is delivered remotely with the same engineering standards, the city pages just exist to show local context, neighborhood familiarity, and industry-specific expertise. If your city is not listed, contact us and we will scope just the same. Tier-3 and rural India, Northeast states, and other international cities are all welcome.
Do you have local hiring or sales reps in each city?
No | buildbyRaviRai is a senior-engineering-only shop based in Noida. We do not run local sales offices. This keeps our overhead low and our rates honest. Clients reach us directly via WhatsApp / email / Contact form, no funnel-and-handover dance.
