How fast is turnaround?

Packaging and decks run one to three weeks because they involve real revision cycles and, for packaging, a printer conversation. Those are contractual rather than aspirational, and if we are going to miss one you hear about it before the deadline rather than after.
Will the print files work with our Delhi printer?
That is the part we are strict about. Print artwork goes out in CMYK with correct bleed and crop marks, type outlined, images at 300 dpi, and a dieline where the vendor supplied one. We are happy to talk to your printer in Okhla, Nehru Place, or wherever the job is going, because a five-minute call about their preferred format saves three rounds of corrections and a reprint.
Do you handle festive and regional campaign creative?
