Why MultiVendor CRM exists
Generic CRMs are built for a sales team chasing leads, not for a business managing fifty, five hundred, or five thousand vendors. So multi-vendor businesses end up stitching together spreadsheets for commissions, WhatsApp groups for vendor chat, and a separate tool for onboarding, and nobody can answer a simple question like “which vendors are underperforming this month?”
MultiVendor CRM is the custom CRM we build for exactly this shape of business, every vendor relationship, order, payout, and conversation in one system, mapped to your real workflow. It pairs with our wider custom CRM approach for Indian businesses.
Core features
Vendor Onboarding & KYC
A guided onboarding flow with document/KYC capture, approval stages, and a self-serve vendor portal, so new sellers go from application to active without WhatsApp chaos.
Unified Vendor Pipeline
Every vendor relationship on one board, in your stages, Prospect → Onboarding → Active → At-risk, so nobody slips through the cracks and managers see status at a glance.
Commission & Payout Tracking
Per-vendor commission rules, automatic payout calculations, and a clear ledger. No more reconciling vendor earnings in a spreadsheet at month end.
Multi-Vendor Order View
See orders, fulfilment, and issues across all vendors in one place, filter by vendor, status, or SLA, and act before a slow vendor costs you a customer.
Vendor Communication Hub
WhatsApp + email threads logged against each vendor, with templates and reminders, so the full history lives in the CRM, not in one person's phone.
Per-Vendor Dashboards
Performance, response times, ratings, revenue, and disputes per vendor, surface your best sellers and your problem ones automatically.
Role-Based Access
Admins, vendor managers, finance, and the vendors themselves each see exactly what they should, and nothing they shouldn't.
Built-In Integrations
WhatsApp Business API, Razorpay for payouts, and Tally/GST for invoicing, connected to the tools your business already runs on.

Frequently asked questions
Is MultiVendor CRM a ready-made product or a custom build?
It is a custom build on a proven base. We start from a MultiVendor CRM core we have built before, vendor onboarding, pipelines, commissions, payouts, so you are not paying for common ground from scratch. Then we map it to your actual workflow, stages, and rules, so it fits your marketplace instead of forcing your business into a generic template.
What does it cost, and how is pricing worked out?
Pricing is quoted per project, based on your vendor count, the integrations you need, and how much custom workflow sits on top. As an indicative range, most builds land somewhere in the low-to-mid lakhs of rupees one-time, with a smaller monthly amount for hosting and support if we manage it for you. The demo is free, and we give you a fixed quote before any work starts, so there are no surprises.
Does it handle GST and marketplace TCS on vendor payouts?
Yes. We build in GST-compliant invoicing and can connect to Tally so your accounts stay in sync. For marketplaces that collect on behalf of sellers, we can calculate and track TCS under Section 52 on vendor payouts, and keep a clear per-vendor ledger for filing. We map the exact rules to how your business is registered, so please confirm your setup with us during the demo.
How does the WhatsApp integration actually work?
We connect the official WhatsApp Business API, not an unofficial workaround that risks your number getting banned. Every vendor conversation, template message, and reminder is logged against that vendor inside the CRM, so the full history lives in one place instead of on one person's phone. You can send onboarding nudges, payout confirmations, and alerts straight from the vendor record.
Can we self-host it, or do you host and manage it?
Either works. You own the code and the data, so you can host it on your own cloud or servers if your team prefers full control. Most clients ask us to host and manage it on Indian infrastructure so they do not have to worry about uptime, backups, and updates, and we handle support on an ongoing plan. You can also start managed and move to self-host later.
How long does it take to go live?
A focused first version, onboarding, vendor pipeline, and the core integrations you need, typically goes live in around six to ten weeks, depending on scope and how fast we get access to your data and accounts. We ship in stages so you see working software early rather than waiting for one big launch, then layer on the rest.
