We are a web development company in Noida, Sector 62, and we meet clients in person across Delhi NCR including Delhi, Gurgaon and Ghaziabad. Everyone else works with us over video, with weekly demos, which is how most projects run anyway. We have delivered for clients across 40 plus Indian cities and in the UAE, the UK, the US and Canada.
You do, from the first commit. The GitHub repository, the domain, the hosting account and the full source code are yours, so there is a clean handover or a clean exit whenever you want one. We do not keep control of your accounts as leverage for a retainer.
Remotely, in English, with the scope written down and the price fixed before anything starts. Indian clients are quoted in rupees and international clients the equivalent in USD. Our working day is 9am to 6pm IST, which covers the UK morning comfortably. North American hours barely overlap ours, so those projects run on written daily updates and a reply inside 24 hours rather than a pretence of working the same clock.
Small fixes to work we shipped are part of handover, not a new invoice. Beyond that there is a monthly maintenance and AMC plan covering updates, backups, security patches and an agreed amount of change work. It is optional and cancellable, because a maintenance contract should be worth renewing rather than hard to leave.
