What working with this team is actually like

There is no account manager between you and the work. The person who answers your scope question is the person who will write the code, which is the main practical advantage of a team this size and the reason questions get answered the same day rather than routed. It also means you can ask something technical and get a technical answer instead of a reassurance.

Every engagement starts with a written scope and a fixed quote, issued within 24 hours of the first proper conversation, so the price is settled before anyone writes anything. During a build you get a written update at the end of our day and one scheduled call a week. We do not fill a calendar to look busy, and we do not go quiet for a fortnight and then present something finished that you have no room left to change.

The work we turn down

We take on a small number of projects at a time, which is what keeps senior people on every one of them. It also means some work is a better fit elsewhere: a date that only three parallel workstreams can hit, or a project needing someone in your timezone answering within the hour. We say which before a contract rather than after, and the country pages say the same about markets where the overlap is genuinely poor.

You keep everything at the end. Intellectual property transfers on final payment, repositories move to your own organisation, and hosting and domain accounts are registered in your company's name from the start rather than ours. Nobody should need our permission to change their own product, and nobody does.
