Why an agency runs its own products

Most agencies can only show you client work, which means you are judging them on projects they were paid to finish and then handed over. Running our own software is different in one specific way: we carry the pager. When PlugEV drops a WebSocket at two in the morning, nobody hands that to a client team. It is the fastest way we know to stay honest about what production actually costs after launch, which is the part of a quote most people underestimate.

It also means the decisions on these are ours to defend. CloudNX bills in rupees against our own GSTIN because a dollar invoice with a forex markup is a real cost to an Indian business and an annoyance to its accountant. ToolKiya runs its image and PDF work in the browser through WebAssembly, so nothing is uploaded and no file of yours sits on our infrastructure. Neither choice makes the product easier to build. Both are what we would want if we were the customer.

What each one is, in one line

• PlugEV is a production OCPP 1.6-J charging management system running 40+ chargers across two cities. The hard part is not the dashboard, it is what happens to a charging session when the network drops mid-transaction and the meter and the server disagree afterwards.
• CloudNX is managed hosting in a single Mumbai region, billed in rupees with a GST invoice. It carries most of our client WordPress sites and the whole of PlugEV's production stack, so its uptime is our problem before it is anyone else's.
• ToolKiya is a free suite of browser based utilities with no account and no upload limit. It exists as public, permanent proof of the performance standard we sell, which is more persuasive than a claim on a services page.
• MultiVendor CRM is a platform for businesses running many sellers: vendor onboarding, commission tracking, per-vendor dashboards, with WhatsApp, Razorpay and GST wired in.
