MVP Development Company in India for Startups

One core loop, built properly, in front of real users in four to eight weeks. Auth, payments and multi-tenant data are done right from the start, so you're not rebuilding at your first hundred customers. We ship our own products too, so we know which corners are safe to cut.

An MVP is small, not flimsy

Most failed MVPs we get asked to rescue fail one of two ways. Either they tried to build the whole product and ran out of money at month five, or they were thrown together so fast that the first real customer broke them. The fix for both is the same: pick the one thing your product does that nobody else does well, and build only that, properly.

"Properly" means the boring parts are right. Login that doesn't leak between accounts. Payments that reconcile. Data separated by customer from day one, because retrofitting multi-tenancy later is the most expensive rewrite in SaaS. Everything else, like the settings page, the admin polish and the fifth integration, waits until paying users ask for it.

MVPs we build

SaaS MVP

Multi-tenant web app with sign-up, teams, roles, subscription billing through Razorpay or Stripe, and the one workflow your customers pay for. Our most common MVP. See how to build a SaaS MVP in India.

Marketplace MVP

Two-sided products with listings, search, bookings or orders, and payouts. We start with one side done manually where possible, because that's how marketplaces actually get going.

AI product MVP

A product with an LLM at its core, built with evaluation and cost limits from the start, so your unit economics are known before you scale. See our AI chatbot and agent work.

Mobile app MVP

Flutter or React Native when the product really needs to live on a phone. Often we'll suggest a web app first and ship the mobile app once people are using it.

Internal tool turned product

You built a spreadsheet or an internal tool that works, and other companies want it. We turn it into a real multi-customer product without losing what made it work.

What an MVP costs in India, and how long it takes

A lean MVP, meaning auth, one core feature, multi-tenant data, payments and a simple dashboard, runs ₹1.5 lakh to ₹4 lakh and ships in 4 to 8 weeks. A standard MVP with more features and integrations is ₹4 lakh to ₹9 lakh over 8 to 16 weeks. Funded or complex products start around ₹9 lakh.

The quote is flat and tied to a written scope. If the scope changes, we price the change before building it, so the number doesn't drift. For founders outside India, outsourcing web development to India covers USD costs and the risks worth checking.

What you get with every MVP

  • A one-page scope that names the core loop and, just as important, what's left out of version one
  • A stack chosen for the next two years, not the next demo: usually Next.js, a Node.js or Laravel API, and PostgreSQL
  • Auth, roles and per-customer data isolation built in from the first commit
  • Payments working end to end, including failed payments and refunds
  • Analytics on the core loop, so you can see whether people actually use the thing
  • Full code ownership in your GitHub from day one, and documentation a future hire can pick up
  • The same senior engineers from scope to launch, not a sales team followed by juniors

From idea to live product

Weekly demos on a staging link. You see working software every week, not a slide deck.

1
Scope workshop

A call or two to find the core loop and cut everything else. You get a written scope and a flat quote within 24 hours of the last call.

2
Design the core flow

Screens for the core loop only, plus the data model and roles, agreed before production code starts.

3
Build in weekly slices

Auth and payments first, then the core feature, demoed every week. Priorities can change between weeks without drama.

4
Launch and learn

Production deploy, analytics, error tracking and a 30-day support window. Then we help you read what users do and decide what comes next.

Frequently asked questions

How much does MVP development cost in India?

₹1.5 lakh to ₹4 lakh for a lean MVP, ₹4 lakh to ₹9 lakh for a standard one, and ₹9 lakh and up for complex or funded products. The biggest cost driver is scope, which is why we spend real time cutting it before we quote.

How long does it take to build an MVP?

Four to eight weeks for a lean MVP with one core loop. Eight to sixteen weeks for a standard MVP with more integrations. If a quote promises a full product in two weeks, ask what they're leaving out.

Do I own the code?

Yes, fully, from the first commit. The code lives in your GitHub organisation, the hosting is in your account, and there's nothing we hold back. If you hire your own team later, they take over without asking our permission.

Web app or mobile app for my MVP?

Usually a web app first. It's faster to build, easier to change weekly, and works on phones anyway. Build the native app once you know people use the product and what they use it for. The exception is products that truly need the phone, like location tracking or offline use.

Do you work with non-technical founders?

Most of our MVP clients are non-technical founders. We explain trade-offs in plain language, show working software every week, and write the documentation your first technical hire will need.

What happens after the MVP launches?

You can keep us on a monthly retainer to build what users ask for next, or take the code in-house. Many founders do a mix: a retainer until they hire, then a clean handover.
