How a chatbot project runs
A first chatbot is usually live in two to four weeks.
We look at the questions you actually get, from support tickets, WhatsApp chats or sales calls, and decide what the bot should and shouldn't handle.
We gather the source content and build a test set of 50 to 100 real questions with correct answers, before writing any prompts.
Retrieval, prompts, hand-off rules and the chat widget or WhatsApp flow, tested against the evaluation set until the answers hold up.
Live with spend limits and logging. We review real conversations for the first month and fix what it gets wrong.
